Rental Period Check-in time is after 4.00 pm on first day of rental Check-out time is before 10.00 am on the last day of rental Any changes to these times will be made only after permission has been given by ourselves. Without prior consent, early occupancy or late departure from the home will be subject to additional costs which will be deducted from the security deposit. Terms of Rental NO OTHER PERSONS other than those on the booking form may be allowed to stay at the property at any time during the period of renting. Number of people not to exceed maximum for property. All persons on the booking form are responsible for the care of the property and are expected to take reasonable care of it. In the event of any damages or breakages you should notify our local management company at the earliest possible time. Cancellation by us If the client does not pay the balance due at the prescribed time, the owners’ reserve the right to cancel the booking. In this event, or if the client cancels after the booking is confirmed, the deposit will be forfeited. In the unlikely event that due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the owners’ necessitating the cancellation of the holiday arrangements, the owners’ reserve the right to either cancel any bookings at any time and will only be liable to refund monies already paid by the client, or make alternative arrangements with the mutual agreement of the client. Cancellation by you Written notification must be sent to us by recorded delivery post, and charges will be applied from the date the letter is received according to the scale below: More than 56 days prior to departure date -- loss of deposit only. 56 -31 days prior to departure date – 60% of full rental charge. Less than 31 days prior to departure date – 100% of full rental charge. Limitation of Liability As the owners of the property we do not accept any responsibility or liability for any accident, injury, illness or damage sustained to any person or their property during the rental period or use of pool facilities, regardless of howsoever it may have occurred. As owners we do not accept responsibility or liability for any failure of services in the home regardless of how it may have occurred. However, in the event of a problem, the renter should inform our local management company who will endeavour to do everything within reason to rectify the problem. As the owners we will not be liable for loss or delay caused by any of the following:- strikes, industrial dispute, riots, political unrest, hostilities, war or threat of war, terrorist activity, fire flood, technical/weather problems with transport, aircraft grounding, closure of airports or ports, weather conditions or any other event beyond the owners or our agents control. Insurance It is a condition of this booking that all members of your party should have travel insurance which will provide adequate protection against delays, cancellations and loss or damage to your personal possessions or baggage.
